Business Consultant, Author, Patty DeDominic, Aligns with Ladies America to launch “Ladies Rising,” Providing Access to
Advanced Career Coaching
Washington, D.C. – Today, Ladies America founder, Lindsey Mask, announced that business consultant, Patty DeDominic, is working with the organization as part of the launch of “Ladies Rising,” a programmatic offering for advanced career women within Ladies America seeking access executive, high-level, direct coaching.
For the launch of “Ladies Rising,” the organization is teaming up with business coach and entrepreneur, Patty DeDominic, President & CEO of DeDominic & Associates (http://www.dedominic.com), to offer a 6 session online coaching strategies workshop designed for women emerging in their business vertical that are on the threshold of taking their business to the next level.
Patty is an avid supporter of women’s issues and professional challenges. DeDominic has unique approaches for those business owners’ navigating today’s unpredictable market offering personalized career guidance in areas often not considered but effective and results oriented. She advises on “the power of networks”, post-retirement sources of income volunteer work and work-from-home opportunities.

Her business accomplishments and appointments abound. To name a few, DeDominic founded and grew PDQ Personnel Services In 1979–2006 which provided a case study of entrepreneurship for the MBA program at Stanford University. In 2008, DeDominic earned the ISS Certification (Institutional Shareholder Services/Corporate Governance Certification) from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
From 2002-2005, she was a special advisor to Dean Joseph Nye at The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Patty is the former Chairman of the Board of the LA Area Chamber of Commerce; the Foundation for SCORE and was the National President of The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO.org). She was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame over ten years ago.
